Full week (7 nights)         Friday arrival after 5pm until following Friday departure before 11am
Week (5 nights)               Sunday arrival after 5pm until following Friday departure before 11am
Weekend (2 nights)         Friday arrival after 5pm until following Sunday departure before 11am

NOTES:

Calendar is based weekly starting on Fridays during high season.
Rates are based on 4 persons occupying the retreat.

Each additional person, including children (except infants), is extra.
Rates include everything as listed under "inclusions".

It is our policy at New Years and on the May and September long weekends, if there are no children in the group, that we rent to a maximum of eight adults only.

The rates below SUPERSEDE ANY OTHER PRICING you may have found anywhere elsewhere at any time on the internet as this is our main website. We do not offer any 'specials' or do 'trades'

We require only the non-taxable, refundable $500 booking/security/damage deposit to hold your vacation timeframe.

GST (Goods & Services Tax - 5%) is applicable to all rates.

AT (Accommodation Tax - 5%) is applicable to all rates. Accommodation Tax is not required on rentals for periods of 30 days or longer.
