NOTES:

Rates on this site SUPERSEDE any you have found anywhere else on the internet. This is our official primary site; we are not in control of webcrawlers, old information or any other links.

We require only the non-taxable, non-refundable* $500 (per week) booking deposit to hold your vacation timeframe.

Full week (7 nights) Friday 5pm or later through following Friday before 11am
Week (5 nights) Sunday 5pm or later through following Friday before 11am
Long weekend (3 nights) Friday 5pm or later through following Monday before 11am
Weekend (2 nights) Friday 5pm or later through following Sunday before 11am

We are flexible on check-in and check-out (except during July and August) dependent on whether or not there is a guest before or after your timeframe.

We do not rent by the day. Minimum stay = 2 nights in off-season. Weekly rentals only during high season.

Long-weekend policy (May and September) – we rent to a maximum of 8 adults only on these weekends (larger groups with children are welcome).

Calendar is based weekly starting on Fridays.

Rates are based on FOUR PERSONS occupying the retreat. Each additional person is extra (except children age 2 or less … no charge). Rates include items listed on the inclusions page. Please e-mail or call with any questions.

‘Booking Deposit’ – we accept e-mail transfer, PayPal (for credit cards), cheque, money order, wire transfer

‘Rental Payment’ – we do not accept credit cards at this time. We do accept money order, bank draft, travelers cheque, cheques and e-mail transfers.

* Your ‘booking deposit’ BECOMES your ‘security/damage deposit’ during your stay and is REFUNDED to you, in the form received, following inspection after your departure.
